As many of you are aware we have gone through an ambitious and exciting £300k worth of improvements and I am delighted to announce the completion! The new facilities/additions include:
• The refurbishment of the exclusive day spa area and treatment rooms
• An additional 18-person Finnish Sauna, A Crystal Steam room, 3 Tropical Showers, 5 more foot spas, additional seating around the pool and an extra heated lounger
• The Refurbishment of the original Fire & Ice spa
• The extension and refurbishment of the Hot Yoga studio
• The truly amazing Les Mills Spin studio with its 10m by 3m immersive screen
• £100k of new fitness equipment
• The top floor refurbishment

AS MOTIVATED AS EVER!!!!
This year the club & spa will be running into its 11th year of since opening and I really am as motivated as I was 11 years ago to continue to build something very special indeed. This year’s budgets/plans are:
• A £500k budget to add another level in the mill utilising the loft space… This will add approx. an additional 5000sft and this will give us the space for an additional group exercise studio and a further 80 pieces of fitness equipment. As ever there are many hoops to jump through with the relevant authorities but I am confident of a positive outcome
• All the equipment will be upgraded/replaced on the cardio floor in May of this year with a budget of £150k
• The sports performance floor will be upgraded with new Hammer Strength Olympic platforms inserted in the squat racks.
• There will an extension at the side of the mill to create a new relaxation area and additional 7 treatment rooms
• The male changing rooms floors will be replaced
• Additional private changing cubicles in the ladies along with improvements
• A New entrance to the building allowing for easier access along with improvements in our disabled shower and toilet facilities
I will of course look to make any further improvements and add to whenever I can.

To celebrate the clubs £300k improvements programme we are having an open weekend Saturday 6th & Sunday 7th between 8am-6pm to come and try our world class gym.. If the guests would like to upgrade to include the pool and Fire & Ice spa then they can for just £27..
Please note all guests must be over 18 years old and have not used the club or spa before.
