Waterfall Café
Our Waterfall Café has a spectacular look and feel with features such as a 15m waterfall, speciality ceiling and an awesome decoration to create the perfect ambience whilst you can relax and enjoy a coffee. The area allows us to serve drinks and offer an exciting menu outside our afternoon tea packages.
Volcano Sauna
Experience our brand new Volcano Sauna, this hot sauna will relax muscles and ease any tension. Complete with mood lighting, you will drift off into ultimate relaxation.
Aromatherapy Room
A mild heated room with aromatherapy scents of steam make up of essential oils to promote your health, mood and well-being. Sit back and relax on the heated benches to enhance your experience further.
Herbal Steam room
Whilst spending time in our Herbal Infused steam room, it will help flush out the toxins that your kidneys remove from your bloodstream, accelerating the process of detoxification. The herb infused steam opens the pores and are absorbed into the body whilst the atmosphere of the steam room relaxes and centres the body. Our steam room essence made with herbs will ensure that your skin releases toxins and feels great, benefiting both the body and mind
Crystal Steam Room
Gently uplift and revitalise with a combination of steam and aromatherapy oils. This relaxing experience of heat and humidity helps to cleanse and purify the skin

Easily increase core temperature and eliminate toxins to create healthier cells. An infrared sauna allows for beautiful, glowing skin and cell rejuvenation and detoxification.
We have four saunas situated in Fire & Ice Spa. The sauna is the warmest of the therapies within the spa at around 100 degrees. The heat promotes the exfoliation of impurities from the pores through perspiration. This improves the natural toning of the tissue and enhances the feeling of purity.

A place for physical and mental relaxation our 18 person Finnish sauna will melt away any stresses in the mind. Set at 100 degrees the dry and intense heat makes it perfect for cleansing the pores and releasing toxins.
Himalayan Salt Sauna
By simply using a Himalayan salt sauna on a regular basis, you can get a deeper, more relaxed sleep, thus making you feel more refreshed when it’s time to wake up. It will also help boost your immune system. By adding Himalayan salt, you can gain a major boost in your body’s resistance to disease.
Himalayan salt sauna will help reduce the symptom’s of cold and flu. It can also help boost your immune system by increasing your body’s overall white blood cell count.
Ice Igloo
Step into our Ice Igloo and step out feeling completely re-energised! Take your cooling down experience to a new level with chilled ice available to apply all over the body. This stimulates the sensory nerve endings leaving you feeling uplifted and invigorated.
Tropical Showers
Our tropical showers offer a real treat for the senses, including four different settings: tropical droplets, large warm water droplets, ice cold droplets and steam shower.
Hydrotherapy Pool
With not just one but two hydrotherapy pools, you can relax and enjoy the benefits of each station situated in different areas of the pools. The heat from the water instantly helps relieve tired muscles and by working around each station the major muscle groups within the body will be stimulated providing the equivalent of a full body massage.
Serenity Lounge
A dry relaxation area with a range of loungers including our tiled heated loungers made to sculpt your body and warm through your muscles to release any unwanted tension. A place where you can simply just relax, read a book or sleep.
Swimming Pool – The Main Attraction!
Our world class 22 metre swimming pool is 1.2metres deep and boasts four training lanes. Being the heart of our Fire & Ice Spa a much needed relaxing atmosphere is created with our heated loungers to sit and spectate or simply just unwind.
Rose Scented Steam Room
In our Rose infused Steam Room essential oils are used to gently uplift the mind and create a calm atmosphere. Rose has many health benefits whilst helping to remove toxin build up from the body.
