I am delighted to announce that the New Hot Yoga studio is set to open on Monday 20th December… We will name the new area “The Loft Studio” The new studio us multi-functional, so along with Hot Yoga & Pilates we will hold Barre, Body Balance, Core as well as traditional Yoga and Pilates classes in the new area.
To coincide with the studio opening we will be launching a new timetable on the 20th December. All registered users will receive a copy this Monday 13th
CLASS DISRUPTION
To allow for the heaters and humidity equipment to be moved safely there will unfortunately be no classes in the Multi Use Studio on Thursday 16Th & Friday 17th December….. We are also receiving delivery of the new spin bikes on Friday 17th December so again there will be no cycle classes on this day… BOTH SMALL LOSSES FOR SOME VERY BIG GAINS!
