NEW LADIES ZONE OPENS SATURDAY & NOTICE OF DISRUPTION!
The awesome new ladies only gym is all set to open this coming Saturday 12th February!… Located in the former studio two area is starting to look fabulous with new décor, feature, and the new TV walls. The high-tech new life fitness equipment will now be installed over the next three days…
TO ALLOW FOR THE DELIVERY OF THE NEW GYM EQUIPMENT THERE WILL BE NO LADIES ONLY GYM AVAILABLE FROM 11PM TUESDAY UNTIL 6AM SATAURDAY!
Please note we do recommend a health & safety gym induction before using the ladies only gym so we will be offering daily inductions 7 days a week for the first two weeks at 10am & 6pm. There is no need to book please just turn up! After the two weeks we will operate the inductions on an appointment basis.

A reminder that during peak times of 9am-5pm members and premium member guests do need to book swim and fire & ice spa sessions. This can be done online, via the app or on 01159461041 for members guests.
I understand this can be a chore however I am sure everyone would prefer managed numbers so we can enhance the spa experience…
