£2.5 MILLION IMPROVEMENTS UPDATE…
This month we will carry on with our ongoing and exciting improvements programme with the below:
· A fabulous new 18 person Sanarium will open in the rainforest spa on December 24th . The Sanarium is a milder and moister environment than a traditional sauna. THIS WILL TAKE OUR TOTAL SAUNA/STEAM ROOMS TO A MASSIVE 21 OPTIONS!
· 3 of our super popular new foot spas will be installed in the Rainforest Spa
· The male changing rooms will be refurbished
· Additional treatment rooms will open to increase member and spa availability

MEMBERS SWIM/SPA BOOKING
As we look to increase spa experiences, we will now reviewed the member booking system in January after the member entrée system is installed (The pin numbers and membership cards will be replaced with a RFID system and photo ID system to help combat any membership fraud) .
I am monitoring the numbers daily and the usage of the pool/spa remains 65% lower than lockdown. I can guarantee, IF the system goes ahead, there will always be enough capacity for members. I do suspect with where I expect the membership numbers to be in January there will be no need for the booking system.
