This month will see us celebrate our 18th birthday! —- We took over from the New Wave Fitness Centre on June 15th 2007….
What a journey it has been!! When we took over the gym that was on the 2nd floor of the mill with 5000sqft of space containing approx. 40 pieces of equipment from the 1980’s and a one rickety old sauna…. To think now we have extended and built to a whopping space of approx. 75,000 sqft including 500 pieces of fitness equipment, 4 group exercise studios, a 22 meter swimming pool and two fabulous spa areas containing 25 sauna/steam rooms, hydrotherapy pools, foot spa and feature showers! — Plus, the Waterfall café and 22 treatment rooms!..
The success of the business really has been built on our very loyal members and our growing number of returning spa guests. And of course, our very hard-working staff… THANK YOU ALL.
I am personally as motivated as I was 18 years ago to create something very special while maintaining our unbelievable pricing structure. The journey continues….
NEW TIMETABLE
The awesome new time table will start on Monday 9th June—- This will be available to view at www.cliffordhealthclub.co.uk from 10am on the 2nd June and booking from 12pm on the same day….
Just a few reminders—-
- Lifetime members can book their guests on the day of the class only
- If you can not make a class after booking, please remember to CANCEL ON THE APP!!

I can confirm our intention to reintroduce 24 hour opening in the gym from 1st October
Members will have the option to book their own treatments online from the 1st August
