The business, as I am sure you are aware, has faced challenges this year. However, thanks to our incredibly hard-working team, our loyal health club members, and the high percentage of returning spa guests, we are now set to get back to our previous 17 years of investing, where we can continue to create something very special indeed. I will be making some very exciting announcements over the coming weeks!
Thank you to all who have offered constructive feedback. We are now investing heavily in staff to improve our Operations Department, along with additional admin staff for our Customer Service Department.
