Welcome Back!.. Since we reopened the health club on the 12Th April it has been great to see all the existing members, and new members working hard in the gym & pool but also relaxing on the fabulous heated loungers or in the hydrotherapy pool…. The next part of the governments reopening roadmap scheduled for Monday 17th May will allow us to reopen the sauna & steam Rooms, welcome back spa guests in the Day Spa and restart the awesome group exercise classes!
Sauna & Steam Rooms to open!… Himalayan Salt Sauna Ready To Go
Once the sauna and steam rooms reopen, we will be excited to open The Himalayan Salt Sauna which is the latest addition to our fabulous Fire & Ice Spa. That will take our total sauna & steam rooms to a magnificent 14 options. Plus the two Hydrotherapy Pools, Foot Spas , Ice Bucket, Tropical showers, Serenity Lounge and Heated Loungers!

900 Group Exercise Classes per month to start May 17th…
Thank you for all that have responded to our request for feedback on class choices….We are currently putting the final touches to the timetable and all registered users will be emailed a copy on Friday 7th May. We can confirm that there will be approx a whopping 900 classes per month, including Hot Yoga, Yoga, Pilates, Body Pump, The Trip, Zumba, Body Attack, Barre, Kettle Bells, Lets Ride, HIIT. Aerobics and Step!… Many of the classes will also be available via zoom for members convenience.
£2 Million Pound Improvements Update
As per previous announcements, once we reopen and when social distancing is over, we will be forging ahead again with our ongoing improvements programme…. The contactors are booked in to start in July to continue with the loft space conversion which will include the awesome new Hot Yoga studio that will be x3 times bigger than our current hot class area. The target date for this opening is October.
We are also in negotiation to upgrade all the equipment in the Ladies Only Zone whilst also building on the Hammer Strength Training Centre status by upgrading the equipment in our already world class static and advanced training areas. The target date for installation of the £300k worth of new and additional equipment is in December.

Please all members and returning spa guests please accept our heartfelt gratitude for your incredible loyalty to us over this surreal last year or so. Without your support we would have been one of the 70% of gym/spas that have had to close because of the pandemic.. As the government takes the roadmap back to normality then we will continue to aim to be the best we can be.
As the government and industry bodies do release further details of any changes to our safety procedures we will of course pass them straight on.
