It has been great to see so many additional returning faces all enjoying the return of classes and the reopening of sauna and steam rooms.
The management team are working incredibly hard to manage the reduced numbers allowed in the spa and classes because of the current social distancing guidelines. Sadly, this job has been made so much harder as unfortunately bookings are being made for the sessions and then in some instances no shows are running as high as 70% for some of the classes…. CAN WE PLEASE TAKE THIS OPPURTUNITY TO POLITELY REMIND MEMBERS THAT IF THEY CAN NOT MAKE A CLASS OR SWIM/SPA SESSION TO PLEASE CANCEL THE BOOKING VIA THE APP OR ONLINE!!
We are aware many facilities will suspend members from making bookings if they fail to show however we are trying our best to be flexible at the present time and its not something we have had to enforce before as a gentle reminder normally works.
The next stage of the government road map will hopefully end the social distancing issues and we can then increase class and spa numbers…
