NEW EXTENDED OPENING TIMES!
As promised, we are delighted to announce that we have now extended the health clubs opening times to:
MONDAY TO FRIDAY
GYM/CHANGING ROOMS…. 04.45AM-11.45PM
POOL AND FIRE & ICE SPA… 5AM-11PM
SATURDAY & SUNDAY
GYM/CHANGING ROOMS…. 6AM -10PM
POOL AND FIRE & ICE SPA… 6AM-9.30PM
Just a reminder that members are still required to book the swimming pool and fire & ice spa sessions online or via the app between 10am-5pm… Any other times there is no need.
NEW EQUIPMENT ON THE WAY… 700 pieces and growing!
As we continue to build something incredibly special, I am delighted to announce that we have ordered two new pieces of equipment for the advanced training area… The standing lateral raise and chest supported T-Bar row will be welcome additions in our already awesome gym. Delivery is expected in September.
£2 MILLION IMPROVEMENTS PLAN UPDATE
As previously announced, once social distancing comes to an end, we will storm ahead with our ongoing £2 million improvements programme… The main current projects:
· The contractors are now set to continue this week in the mills loft conversion. The new area will include a fabulous new HOT YOGA studio which will be 3 times bigger than our current one. Target date for the opening is for the late Autumn.
· Negotiations are well advanced for the £300k of new equipment for the static resistance area and the ladies only area. We will continue to build on our world class equipment from Hammer Strength/Life Fitness… The Target date for installation is December of this year.
· The planning application has been submitted to the relevant parties to extend the day spa area. The new space will house additional treatment rooms, an extension to the serenity lounge and a new sauna & steam rooms.
A new additional HOT BOX sauna will be added to the already fabulous Fire & Ice Spa, and we are looking to add an additional 50 new Eleiko bumper plates in our awesome Sports performance Centre. Both installations will be installed in September!
The decision has also been made to double the size of our truly awesome Les Mills Cycle Trip Studio. Once the Hot Yoga Studio has moved into the loft conversion, we will get to work into extending the Trip studio and screen into the current Hot yoga Studio…. The extra space will enable us to increase the class capacity to 60 bikes… The extension will coincide with the delivery of new bikes for the studio. The target date of completion is December of this year.
